What started as a vision in Ghana has become a growing movement reaching young women across Africa, united by one conviction: the choices made during adolescence become the foundation upon which adulthood is built.
Our journey beyond Ghana is not measured by the number of countries we visit, but by the lives we inspire, the dreams we awaken and the futures we help shape.
Each city has added its own chapter to the Choices & Decisions story. Each young woman has reminded us that while our cultures may differ, our hopes, aspirations and potential are beautifully the same.
Bo City
Where Courage Found a New Voice
Bo City was more than our first destination in Sierra Leone. It became a place where young women chose to believe that their future could be greater than their present circumstances.
Together, we explored the power of making intentional decisions during the years that matter most.
For many participants, these were not simply lessons — they became moments of personal reflection. Moments that challenged old beliefs. Moments that awakened new dreams. Moments that inspired the courage to choose a different future.
Because every extraordinary life begins with ordinary decisions made consistently and wisely.
Bo City reminded us that greatness is never limited by geography. Potential lives wherever young people are willing to dream, learn and grow.
Freetown
Where Possibility Became Purpose
In Freetown, another generation of young women gathered with open hearts and limitless potential. The conversations were honest. The learning was practical. The atmosphere was filled with hope.
Together, we reflected on the realities young women face every day — peer pressure, self-worth, education, leadership, relationships, mental wellbeing and the responsibility of making choices that honour both their dreams and their values.

As stories were shared and confidence began to grow, something remarkable happened. Young women started to see themselves differently. Not simply as students preparing for examinations, but as future leaders preparing to influence families, communities, businesses, institutions and nations.
That shift in perspective is the true purpose of Choices & Decisions. Because when a young woman changes the way she sees herself, she changes the way she approaches her future.
Port Harcourt
Where Potential Knows No Borders
The journey of Choices & Decisions continued in Port Harcourt, where young women gathered to reflect on the decisions that will shape the women they become.
Rooted in our belief that adolescence is the foundation of adulthood, the programme inspired participants to lead with purpose, build strong character and make wise choices that will influence their future.
Every city reminds us that potential has no borders. Whether in Ghana, Sierra Leone or Nigeria, the mission remains the same: preparing a generation of young women to build lives of purpose, integrity and lasting impact — one decision at a time.
The Legacy Continues
Bo City and Freetown are now woven into the story of Choices & Decisions. Their young women have become part of a movement that believes leadership begins long before a title is earned.
